Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
UK orders: 5-7 business days. All UK orders ship free.
International orders: 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Products & Quality

How are your products made?
Every item is printed on demand using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for apparel and professional-grade printing for accessories and wall art. We print each order fresh when you place it.

What materials do you use?
Our t-shirts and hoodies are premium cotton blends. Posters are printed on museum-quality paper. Phone cases are durable polycarbonate with a matte finish. Mugs are ceramic with dishwasher-safe prints.

Will the print fade or crack?
Our DTG prints are embedded into the fabric, not sitting on top. They hold up through regular washing. We recommend washing inside-out on a cool cycle for best results.

Sizing

How do your sizes run?
Our apparel runs true to size. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at lupussecc@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will sort it out within 48 hours.

Who designs your artwork?
All designs are original illustrations created in-house. Each collection tells a different story — from the Roman-inspired AQUILA series to the noir streets of Case File: Midnight.

Can I request a custom design?
We are not currently taking custom commissions, but we release new collections regularly. Follow us on Pinterest for first looks at new drops.
